These terms govern your use of the DrQScore website, our content assessment service, and the embeddable DrQScore badge (together, the "Service"), operated by MedicalGoGo Ltd ("MedicalGoGo", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Note: this is a starter template covering how the Service works and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.

1. About us

DrQScore is a service operated by MedicalGoGo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 10459956). Contact: hello@drqscore.com.

2. The assessment service

DrQScore provides an independent quality assessment of pharmaceutical and medical content against our published rubric, resulting in a score, tier and, where applicable, an embeddable badge. Assessments are performed by qualified reviewers independent of the assessed party.

Nature of a DrQScore score. A DrQScore is an independent, good-faith quality assessment and professional opinion. It is not legal, regulatory or medical advice, and it does not replace, satisfy or substitute for ABPI certification, MHRA requirements, MLR sign-off or any other legal or regulatory obligation. You remain solely responsible for the compliance of your content.

3. Scores, integrity and appeals

Scores are determined solely by the criteria applied to the content. Scores cannot be purchased, increased, removed or suppressed by payment.
If you believe a score is incorrect, you may submit a formal appeal with supporting evidence to hello@drqscore.com.
Assessments are valid for the stated period (ordinarily 24 months) and may lapse or require re-assessment thereafter.

4. The badge and widget

Where you are issued a badge, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to display it on the assessed content for the validity period, using our supplied embed code. You must not alter, recreate, misrepresent or detach the badge from the assessed content, or display a badge for content that has not been assessed. The badge is served from our servers and links to the corresponding verification page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting content you have no right to submit, attempting to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the Service, or using it in a misleading or unlawful way.

6. Intellectual property

The DrQScore name, logo, rubric, website and badge design are owned by MedicalGoGo Ltd. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to assess it and to publish the resulting score and associated details.

7. Fees

Some plans and assessments are provided free; others are chargeable as described on our pricing page. Fees, inclusions and turnaround times are as stated at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant assessment.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
